Walkersville Historic Church and Home Tour, 2012

The society worked with the four historic churches, Walkersville Southern Railroad Museum, and Walker's Overlook, to present the communities rich history. At 4pm the church bells tolled that signaled the start of the evening festivities.  The homes on the tour sparkled in their holiday glamour and the streets came alive with strolling carolers, blacksmith demonstrations and chestnuts roasting on an open fire. Graciously, the Crum Family presented their live Nativity in honor of their son.
